Presence over perfection
There is something wildly beautiful about being photographed in the spaces you live your life in. The unfiltered chapter you’re in—the gentle mess, the glorious chaos, the small hands that need you, the mum you are right now. This is where the story becomes a feeling, not a performance.
Please, don’t clean the house. Don’t do the dishes. Leave the laundry mid-fold. Your home only needs one thing: your presence. The rest is magic I’ll find in the in-between.
I always bring an activity to spark play—hot chocolate making, cinnamon rolls, cupcake decorating, fort building, bubbles, music, make-believe quests. We might race around the breakfast bar, climb “stair-mountains” like unicorns, or become dragons on an important mission. These sessions are led by your children—loud, fast, silly, shy, joyful, busy… all of it is welcome.
At-home shoots are especially wonderful for high-energy children and those with additional needs. The familiarity of home, the freedom to move, and the activity-based approach gives space for everyone to feel safe, supported and fully themselves. There is no pressure, only play. No posing, only connection.

We’ll head to a place that means something to you. Your favourite woodland trail, a roaring waterfall, the local park, soft play, a beloved café, even a weekend brunch spot. If it’s special to your family, it’s the perfect backdrop.
These sessions are full of movement, fun and spontaneity—songs, dances, games, toys, bubbles, laughter, piggybacks, snack breaks, juice stops, storytelling, silliness. Nothing stiff, nothing rushed, nothing forced.
Location shoots are a brilliant fit for high-energy and additional needs children too. Being outdoors or in a familiar activity space lets kids explore, regulate and engage naturally—while I capture the real emotion, the real connection, the real joy.

Imagination over everything
My studio sessions don’t feel like traditional photo shoots—they feel like play sets, story stages, and imaginary worlds filled with toys, games and gentle direction.
Expect bubble machines, music, dress-up moments, dances, soft textures, silly challenges, creative prompts, and make-believe scenes that bring out real expressions and real emotion. The studio becomes whatever your children dream up in that moment.
While the setting offers a choice of more polished backgrounds—from clean minimal tones to warm organic layers—it still moves to your family’s rhythm. Feeding windows, snack breaks, toddler energy bursts, newborn pacing, pregnancy pauses… all honoured, always.
The result? Images that feel alive, emotive and connected—but with a little extra polish to match your family’s vibe.

How do we book a photo session with you?
Booking is simple. You can enquire by here, email, phone, or by sending me a DM on Instagram. Once we’ve chatted about your family and the kind of session you’d love, I’ll share available dates and a booking link to secure your slot. I take sessions across the UK, with options for at-home, outdoor location, or studio shoots. All session include games, activities and songs - so get ready to share your little one's loves and favourites to make sure we have a great session planned!
When will I receive my photos?
Your full gallery is delivered within 2–3 weeks of your session. Newborn galleries may take a little longer during busy seasons, but I always keep you updated. You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can view, download and share your images easily. If you needed your gallery in a shorter timescale than this, that is definitely something I can do! We just need to discuss it in advance.
How should I prepare for a shoot?
The best thing you can do is come as you are. I’ll gently guide you through wardrobe choices and can share tips if you’d like them, but there’s no pressure for perfection. Keep your routine as normal as possible—naps, snacks, meal times and comfort breaks are all welcome. If we’re at home or outdoors, think about a favourite family activity you enjoy doing together. I capture the magic in the real, the messy, the loud and the tender, so preparation is less about posing and more about presence.
What should I expect?
A session with me is relaxed, playful and full of connection. Expect games, laughter, movement, songs and little moments of beautiful chaos. We might build a fort, make hot chocolate, decorate cupcakes, dance, sing, chase bubbles or play your favourite family soundtrack. I work with your family’s natural rhythm, always respecting newborn routines, toddler snack windows, kids’ meal times, or those very real pregnancy nap needs. My goal isn’t stiff portraits—it’s photographs that feel like you. Images that hold the emotion, not just the moment.
